Please carefully read the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) before using this Website. Use of this Website is governed by these terms, which are binding on you and the IMF.

Access to the IMF Web Site as defined below is provided by the IMF. For the purpose of these Terms, “IMF” means the IMF Informação de Mercados Financeiros, SA. The “IMF Web Site” or “Site” means the IMF Sites available to the public and located in the imf.pt domain.

  1. Object of this Site and Legal Notices

IMF makes this Site available to visitors (“User”), for informational and non-commercial purposes only. Nothing contained in this Site may be construed as advice of any kind. The information contained in this Site is merely informative, not taking into account the User’s objectives or financial situation and IMF is not promoting any type of investment services. Site information should not be considered as a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell; or a solicitation for an offer to buy or sell any product or financial instrument. IMF does not engage in financial intermediation.

IMF authorizes the User to view, transfer to his computer and reproduce the information posted on the Site (“Information”), provided that the User agrees to comply with the following conditions: The User may view, transfer to his computer and reproduce Information for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The User must observe and reproduce any warning or reservation of copyright or any other warning or reservation of intellectual property rights contained in any Information that the User views, transfers to his computer or reproduces. Except as provided in the limited authorization referred to above, the User is not granted any license or right relating to the Information existing on this Site. The IMF does not, under any circumstances, accept liability for any indirect, eventual or extraordinary damages, whether contractually or non-contractually, that may result from its performance or omission under this Agreement, even if the IMF has been alerted to the possibility of occurrence of such losses.
