Technical Analysis

Technical Analysis is a tool for market analysis. Through the observation of charts and price series, market trends, tipping points and buy and sale signals are assessed, and support is provided to money management strategies. Based on drawn conclusions, observations are presented on the behavior of the market.

On a related note, the origin of technical analysis dates back to the early twentieth century, when Charles Dow used this method to subsequently publish a financial newsletter, in partnership with Edward D. Jones - who would later be known as "The Wall Street Journal."

IMF has a specialized department in the production of technical analysis for listed assets, serving custom requests.
